If an individual, client, or partner refers a new business to Reverb Films and that business becomes a paying client, Reverb Films will provide the referrer with a $750 digital gift card issued via Tremendous (redeemable as a Visa or other available gift card options). This offer cannot be combined with any other referral, affiliate, or commission-based program.
To be eligible to receive a referral reward, the referrer must be an individual, client, or partner of Reverb Films in good standing. Referrers may not refer themselves or their own business.
A referred business qualifies as a new client only if, at the time of referral, it is not already registered in Reverb Films’ system as an active lead or opportunity and has not been referred previously by another party. The referred business must become a paying Reverb Films client within twelve (12) months of the referral being submitted.
A referral is considered successful when the referred business signs a new agreement with Reverb Films, pays its first invoice in full, and remains an active client at the time the referral reward is issued.
Referrals may be submitted by making an email introduction connecting Reverb Films (johnny@reverbfilms.com) with the referred business/contact cc'd. Additionally, referrals may be submitted by filling out this form.
Once a referral meets the criteria for a successful referral, Reverb Films will contact the referrer to confirm where the digital gift card should be sent. Referral rewards are typically issued within thirty (30) days of the referred business’s first paid invoice, provided all eligibility requirements are met. If the referrer does not respond to payout confirmation requests within a reasonable timeframe, the reward may be forfeited.
If the total value of referral rewards received by a referrer exceeds $600 in a calendar year, the referrer will be required to provide tax information (such as a W-9) so Reverb Films can comply with government reporting requirements. Referrers are responsible for any taxes owed on referral rewards.
Yes, the more the merrier! Referrers may submit multiple referrals and receive multiple rewards, provided each referral meets the eligibility requirements.
The FTC Endorsement rule says that if you speak about (endorse) Reverb Films with potential Reverb Films customers, you should (1) state your honest opinion, and (2) let them know that you can get a referral fee.
This referral program does not apply to individuals who are subject to a separate written referral, affiliate, or commission agreement with Reverb Films. Reverb Films reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time, with or without notice.
